Tom graduated from Brown University with a Bachelor’s Degree in history and worked for the Parker Pen company. After he left Parker, he ran the Foundation to pursue his interest in preservation. He was appointed five times by Governor Thompson to the Wisconsin Historical Society’s Board of Curators. He has also served as Chairman of the Janesville Historic Commission.

Tom oversees administration of the Foundation and advises on the development of projects in Wisconsin.
